Redville’s Founder, Frances Kampouris, is the former President and Treasurer of Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers and former Vice- President of Canadian Association for Co-operative Education.

A strategist and systems thinker, Frances’ 30 years of business experience spans senior positions with major NA Financial Institutions as well as consulting roles with large, medium, and start-up firms in the private and public sector throughout the United States Canada, and Australia. Certified as a Coach by the International Coach Federation and the renowned Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Frances’s ability to ‘cut to the chase’ helps her clients to formulate and execute their goals.
