Coaching engagements are customized to ensure your needs and goals are met – we will agree on the outcomes you are looking for and how we will measure our success. We will then create a step-by-step approach to help you reach outcomes. The approach to an executive coaching engagement ay look something like:

  • Review current leadership style as experienced by others. Conduct a strengths, personal resilience, and preference assessment.
  • Ensure an understanding of there manager’s expectations for the role.
  • Articulate a personal and leadership vision.
  • Identify behaviours, underlying values, assumptions, and patterns to achieve desired leadership style.
  • Ongoing coaching to shift behaviours to reach his or her objectives and to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
